Our solution comprises of the following components:
• An RF enabled fuel monitoring terminal
• An RF enabled fuel nozzle reader
• Individually programmed RF vehicle tags
• RF enabled vehicle transmitters
How it Works
The user simply puts the fuel nozzle into the vehicle. The fuel monitoring terminal promptly checks the vehicles unique ID, which has been individually programmed to the secure and robust RF tag fitted by the tank inlet. The RF vehicle transmitter relays the accurate odometer reading (or engine hours) back to the terminal. Te pump starts and the vehicle is filled. If the nozzle is removed from the tank neck the pump stops promptly. The user replaces the nozzle, the pump stops. The data is transferred to back end software.
It’s as simple as that.
