A Ducati 800SS run by Team Inzane has recorded an important win at the Snetterton race track powered by Biofuel.

The motorbike, which competes in the UK Mini Twins category is powered by bioethanol E85 - a blend of fuel distilled from biomass and 15 per cent petrol. Dan Rapson, EEMS project manager, said: “This is a great achievement by the team and demonstrates just how compatible the energy efficiency message is with the spectable of exciting motorsport”. 

The team was support by government initiative Energy Efficiency in Motor Sport EEMS.
