The KillSpills campaign was founded in the Autumn of 2003 when a group of like minded bikers from around the country came together on the www.cbr-forum.org.uk and www.mcnninjas.co.uk forums to tackle the ever increasing problem of diesel spills on our roads. Sources from within DEFRA have indicated that there may be a small proportion of remaining ALSF (Aggregates Levy Sustainability Funds) monies available in February and March 2008. This specific SAFED Aggregates driver development programme is only accessible to operators from within the Aggregates related sectors.
